You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your failure to comply with call recording notification requirements or other privacy laws applicable to your use of the Service.

1.6 Integration with Your Business

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to configure our AI Voice Agent (including business hours, service details, pricing, and appointment availability) is accurate and kept up to date. We are not responsible for any business losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from inaccurate information provided by you or from any malfunction of the Service.

1.7 Payment and Subscription

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to current subscribers at least 30 days in advance of any price change.
